Quick guide: Every violation and fine under the upcoming single ticketing system so far
According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the National Capital Region’s (NCR) new single ticketing traffic violation system is expected to roll out sometime in April.
That timeline means motorists have more or less two months to familiarize themselves with the new setup. This also means being aware of what traffic violations to avoid under the new system.
Thankfully, the MMDA has released a simple list of all the traffic violations and each corresponding penalty under the new single ticketing system. The list is based on the Metro Manila Traffic Code and was agreed upon by members of the Metro Manila Council on February 1.
