Fire breaks out near bus terminal in Quezon City
FIRE engulfed a commercial building near the Araneta Center Bus Terminal in Cubao, Quezon City on Thursday afternoon.
The blaze that started at 4:30 p.m. at a building along Times Square corner Gen. Roxas St, Araneta Center has been raised to 3rd alarm as of 5:30 p.m., the Bureau of Fire Protection said.
Employees of nearby commercial establishments have been ordered to evacuate.
A number of fire trucks from nearby cities are now starting to arrive in the area to help contain the fire.
