Quezon City shopping complex suspends operations after bus terminal fire
THE Quezon City shopping complex near a bus terminal where fire broke out on Thursday has suspended its operations “until further notice”.
“For the meantime, operations at the Times Square Park and Beep jeep terminals are temporarily suspended until further notice,” according to the management of Araneta City in a post on Facebook.
“We would like to thank all the firefighters who came from Quezon City and surrounding areas for their quick response to the situation,” Araneta City added.
Thursday’s blaze at the bus terminal started at about 4 p.m. and was put out at about 10:09 p.m.
No one was reported injured but the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
