Victor Consunji claims estranged wife Maggie Wilson now a fugitive, faces 3 arrest warrants for adultery, 16 for cyberlibel

Isa na ngayong “fugitive” ang former actress-beauty queen na si Maggie Wilson.

Ito ay ayon sa kanyang estranged husband na si Victor Consunji, na naglabas ng official statement kaugnay ng lumalalang legal battle nila ni Maggie.

Ngayong Biyernes, February 10, 2023, nakatanggap ang PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ng email mula sa isang malapit kay Victor at kaibigan nitong si Rachel Carrasco.

Nilalaman nito ang magkahiwalay na statements nina Victor at Rachel.

Si Victor ay founder ng real estate company na Victor Consunji Development Corp. (VCDC), habang si Rachel ay founder ng isang marketing consultancy firm at co-founder ng isang gourmet food and beverage business.

Ang pahayag ni Victor ay tungkol sa diumano’y “criminal acts committed by Margaret Wilson.”

Naglabas ng statement ang real estate mogul dahil sa mga panibagong “malicious online attacks” ni Maggie at upang ihayag ang kanyang posisyon sa “systematic harassment and bullying” ng estranged wife sa kanyang “family, friends, colleagues, and of myself and Ms. Rachel Carrasco specifically.”

Bago ito, ginawa raw ng negosyante ang lahat ng kanyang makakaya upang manahimik, at  idinaan niya sa legal na paraan upang sagutin ang walang katotohanang paratang laban sa kanila.

Pero kahit daw nakakalungot ang patuloy na pagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon  ni Maggie sa pamamagitan ng social media, nanindigan siyang huwag itong pansin hangga’t maaari.

Saad ni Victor, “Up to this point, I have done my best to remain silent, resorting only to lawful remedies to answer unlawful acts maligned to tarnish our reputations and character.

“And while it is lamentable that Ms. Wilson has debased herself through her social media posts and stories, it has always been my stance that this abhorrent behavior is undeserving of my attention.”

Pero dahil sa wala umanong tigil na pagpapakalat ni Maggie ng maling impormasyon, nararapat lamang umanong ihayag niya ang katotohanan.

Dito na ibunuyag ni Victor na nahaharap sa patung-patong na arrest warrants ang estranged wife dahil sa magkakaibang kaso na isinampa niya laban dito. Kabilang dito ang adultery, cyberlibel, at swindling.

Aniya, “However, having said that, the persistent prodding and dissemination of misinformation by Ms. Wilson warrants at least a simple asseveration of facts.

“Ms. Wilson faces 3 arrest warrants for adultery. Acts she committed willingly and deemed worthy of trial by our honorable judiciary.

“She faces 16 arrest warrants for cyberlibel and counting. Once again, the consequences of her own ill-advised judgement and mockery of the law.

“She is currently a fugitive, unwilling to face judgement, fleeing as an admission of her own guilt. Her relatives, who occupy my property, are in violation of my lease contract.

“Lastly, she faces multiple civil cases pertaining to the collection of unrecovered funds and swindled investments.”

Sabi pa ni Victor, noon ay papayag pa sana siyang makipag-settle kay Maggie, pero ngayon ay mapipilitan na siyang ipatupad ang prenup agreement nila “strictly and without further consideration.”

Pahayag niya: “While previously I would have agreed to an amicable separation and settlement, Ms. Wilson’s behavior to deliberately disrupt my son’s peace and to provoke, threaten, and subject me, Ms. Carrasco, or the people around us, to a trial by publicity, will fail to yield her any financial or personal gain.

“In fact, her disgraceful actions are the specific reasons I have resolved to enforce the existing Prenuptial Agreement, strictly and without further consideration.

“Lastly, in all of this, I will protect my family, my children, and my loved ones. With every attack, manipulation, swindle, scam, and insult, conducted and propagated by Ms. Wilson and her affiliates, no matter how slight, I will ensure to institute the appropriate legal proceedings.”

Nahaharap sa kasong adultery o pakikipaapid si Maggie sa Regional Trial Court ng Taguig kung saan kasama sa demanda ang business partner ni Maggie na si Tim Jayankura Na Ayudha, na kilala rin sa pangalang Tim Connor.

RACHEL CARRASCO MULLS TAKING FURTHER LEGAL ACTION

Samantala, hindi na rin nagpaliguy-ligoy pa ang malapit na kaibigan ni Victor na si Rachel at rumesbak na rin ito kay Maggie.

Noong August 7, 2022, isinapubliko ni Maggie ang aniya’y alleged other woman ng estranged husband sa kanyang magkakasunod na Instagram Stories.

Medyo tinakpan ni Maggie sa kanyang posts ang mukha ng babae at hindi direktang binanggit ang pangalan nito ngunit tila tumutugma ang mga larawan kay Rachel.

Sa kanyang pahayag na ipinadala sa PEP.ph, tila tugma ang sinabing petsa ni Rachel kung kailan nagsimula ang kanya umanong kalbaryo dahil sa pagdadawit sa kanya ni Maggie.

Aniya, “On 7 August 2022, I began to face a series of direct attacks and accusations from Ms. Maggie Wilson that maligned both mine and Mr. Victor Consunji’s person and character.

“These attacks resulted into on and offline harassment and bullying and carried over to our close family and friends and in some cases, to their children.

“Despite it all, I chose to remain silent and opted to pursue remedies made available to me by the law.”

Mas lalo raw umigting ang “harassment and bullying” na kanyang naranasan hanggang umabot na pati ang kanyang pribadong buhay ay pinanghimasukan at nadawit na pati ang sanggol sa kanyang sinapupunan.

Saad ni Rachel, “However, more recently, the harassment and bullying has escalated into the intrusion of my private spaces and the involvement of, and references made to my unborn daughter.

“These deliberate and malicious acts to perpetually provoke, threaten, and subject me to public judgement and ridicule, all for personal and financial gain, is one I hold zero tolerance for.”

Hindi raw niya hahayaan na maging “collateral damage” sa paghihiganti ni Maggie laban kay Victor.

Kung pakiramdam daw ni Maggie ay tama ang kanyang ipinaglalaban, hinihikayat niyang umuwi ito ng Pilipinas at magsampa ng kaukulang reklamo sa korte.

Pero sa halip ay patuloy raw itong nagtatago sa likod ng kanyang social media accounts, at patuloy ang pamamahiya sa kanilang dalawa ni Victor, pati na ang mga mahal nila sa buhay at maging ang justice system sa ating bansa.

“While I have taken Ms. Wilson’s ill-intended behavior into stride the past months, I will never allow myself nor my daughter to be leveraged as collateral damage to her vendetta against Mr. Consunji.

“If Ms. Wilson truly feels that she is entitled to all her claims, then I urge her to come back to the Philippines, face the consequences of her actions, and file her complaints in the proper legal forums.

“Rather, she has been hiding behind her social media accounts, continuously vilifying and shaming Mr. Consunji and I, the people we love, and the justice systems of our home country she also claims she wants to go back to.”

Ayon kay Rachel, ang tanging legal cases na nasa husgado sa kasalukuyan ay ang mga isinampa nila ni Victor laban kay Maggie.

“The fact of the matter remains—the only legal cases that exist to date are that of the ones Mr. Consunji and I have filed respectively.

“There are now a total of 19 arrest warrants issued to Ms. Wilson for various criminal charges. These arrest warrants give any officer of the law the right to search premises, including a place of residence, where they have reason to believe a suspect may be found.”

Sa huli, nagbabala si Rachel na hindi siya mag-aatubiling dumulog ulit sa legal na sistema ng batas upang maprotektahan ang kanyang pamilya kung magpapatuloy pa rin ang pangha-harass sa kanya.

Aniya, “Finally, let me make it clear that it has always been my utmost priority to protect my family and now, most importantly my daughter. As these instigated attacks persist, whether direct or indirect, I will have no hesitation to seek further legal action to ensure their safety and privacy.”

Nitong nakaraang February 7, 2023, inakusahan ni Maggie ang sinasabi niyang “authorities” na diumano’y umaaligid sa kanilang bahay at nagtangka umanong hainan siya ng warrant of arrest.

Kasalukuyang nasa ibang bansa si Maggie kaya ang kapatid niyang babae, staff, at isang kaibigan ang naabutan ng “pulutong ng mga lalaki” sa kanilang bahay sa Taguig.
